Virgon Training Courses Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
A Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Plan is a vital component of successful project management. Many MEAL systems fall into disuse due to inadequate planning for its operationalization. This course will enhance participants’ capacity to successfully operationalize MEAL systems using feasible, practical and relevant MEAL Plans to deliver project outcomes. The course will prepare participants to plan the information needs for monitoring and evaluation over the life cycle of development programs. Participants in the course will learn how successful projects plan for data collection, analysis, management and use. The course offers practical guidance on assessing the functionality of a MEAL Plan and alignment with goals and objectives of development interventions.
