The logical framework, otherwise known as the logframe, is used by most donor agencies as a project/programme planning tool. This course aims to strengthen the capacity of participants in designing projects/programmes using logframes and be able to use them at all stages of the project cycle. Participants will be introduced to a range of M&E tools that support results-based management and learn how to effectively apply them in practice.
